2018 Stigma Conference

The 9th Annual International Conference on Stigma was held at Howard University Cramton Auditorium on Friday November 16, 2018. The theme was, “Bridging Research, Community and Practice.” This was an action packed day of keynotes, plenary sessions, panels, workshops, networking, entertainment and more. The event included a keynote by Micahel Weinisten of AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and a panel moderated by Phill Wilson, as well as a screening of the movie, “90 Days and a performance by the Eleanor High School Lady Raiders. Top funders included Gilead Sciences, DC Health, NIH (NIMHD), and AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
