2017 Stigma Conference

The 8th Annual International Conference on Stigma was held at Howard University Blackburn Center on Friday November 17, 2017. The theme was, “Research and Advocacy in Action.” This was an action packed day of keynotes, plenary sessions, panels, workshops, networking, entertainment and more. The event included a keynote by Phill Wilson of the Black AIDS Institute, a Personal Perspectives Town Hall, and a performance by Youth Orgamizatin, Promising Futures. Top funders included Gilead Sciences, DC Health, NIH (NIMHD), and AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
